This totally remodeled, exquisitely decorated, and finely furnished vacation apartment in the heart of Paris takes full advantage of the sun streaming in through four sets of French windows into the living room and both bedrooms. Situated on the 5th floor (6th American) on popular ave. de la Bourdonnais, this large 830-square-foot property overlooks a quiet cobblestone courtyard and is located only one block from the Eiffel Tower and within easy access to shops, trendy restaurants, patisseries, and more.

Take the new elevator to the 5th floor and enter this Paris apartment rental to a large entryway that features a storage room housing a small washer and dryer and a fold-down single bed, great for extra sleeping options.

Step into the large and bright living room to find two large French windows on the right and a dining area and kitchen on the left. Larger than most Paris apartment living rooms, it is quite striking in its beauty. A gorgeous red marble fireplace sits below a large trumeau mirror, silk curtains in cream with small red floral print grace the large windows overlooking the courtyard, and beautifully refinished oak parquet floors reflect loads of natural light.

Facing the fireplace is an oversized chocolate brown sofa that features a chaise lounge and converts to a comfortable double bed at night. The first bathroom is beautifully tiled in marble and features a large glass-enclosed shower, toilet, and sink. The sandblasted glass sink, stainless steel fixtures, and a mirrored medicine cabinet complete its very modern look. We also provide the plushest towels we can find.

The buildings still show gunfire signs from the French Revolution in 1789 and the shelling when the Prussians declared war on France in 1870 to defeat Napoleon III. There are four statues on the façade representing: Might, Peace, Victory, and France. The statue of Victory is of Louis XV. Few of them remain as the rest were destroyed during the French Revolution.
