In celebration of this historic white wine, we named this Paris vacation apartment Riesling because of its ancient location and the exceptional quality of its total renovation, which was designed in pale honey and blond tones to enhance its ultra-sunny venue. Riesling wine has ancient origins in Germany but was refined and improved by the cultivators in the French region of Alsace. This is one of the only aged white wines in France, whose name is the same as the grape that it is made from. What makes it special is its honey-color and flavor, full of intense flavor is the ancient land and location where it is cultivated. These are the same characteristics which make the Riesling Paris vacation apartment rental so special.
