The kitchen is on your left as you walk into the apartment. The powder room is just beyond it. It is extremely spacious and well-planned.
The granite countertops contrast beautifully with the pale sycamore cabinets. The refrigerator/freezer is under the countertop and large combination microwave/full convection oven are above. There is excellent storage and work space.
The kitchen cabinets on the left have new induction burners, for fast and safe heating. The full-sized washer/dryer is beneath the granite countertops and is the top of the line by Miele. Under-cabinet lighting and glass-fronted cupboards with halogen downlights are important touches; you can enjoy cooking in a well-lit kitchen.
