It begins every night after dark on the hour, and for 10 minutes every hour on the hour it glitters with thousands of pulsating halogen lights. Between shows it is bathed in soft golden light, and you can view it from the living room, bedroom, and even the bed in our vacation rental. Families tell us that their children don’t want to go to bed, asking, ’Please mom, can’t we stay up for one more hour so we can watch it twinkling again?’ Several families have sent us pictures of their children at the French doors, transfixed by the site, a memory they will never forget.
