Sunlight bursts through to the living room in our Montrachet Paris vacation rental apartment, making this a delightfully bright home for your vacation! You can’t help but be drawn to the large French windows and their awesome views from this high, 5th-floor perch. Adding to this room’s beauty and light is the large mirror over the decorative marble fireplace, which also directs the eye up to the immaculately restored crown molding around the ceiling as well as to the ornate crystal chandelier. We like to restore all of our Paris vacation rentals to their original and genuine beauty, and the craftsmen we employ do an absolutely fabulous job, as evidenced by the wonderfully restored hardwood floors. We also want the guests of our Paris vacation rentals to be comfortable, so we remodeled Montrachet with comfort in mind. The living room may be a trifle small, but it is oh, so practical. We’ve installed a high-quality sofa that easily converts into a double bed for sleeping. Besides being especially comfortable, it provides a direct view of the Eiffel Tower when converted for sleeping at night. The views certainly are outstanding, but don’t worry about getting a good night’s sleep; the floor-to-ceiling silk curtains and the wooden shutters on the balcony can be closed at night, and the glass is double glazed for soundproofing. However, most guests tell us they prefer to fall asleep to the magic light show, and who can blame them, especially knowing they’ll wake up to such magnificent views. A beautiful and comfortable armchair faces the sofa, and a glass-topped coffee table rests on a pretty woven rug. Not shown is the flat-screen TV with dual-standard DVD player that sits to the right of the French doors shown here. You’ll also find a CD stereo, and the bookshelf behind the sofa has a large selection of Paris guidebooks for you to peruse during your stay. We have also installed a Carrier portable air conditioner here in the living room of our Paris vacation rental to cool you down on warm days. It vents to the outside, is extremely efficient, and is powerful enough to cool the bedroom as well. Our guests tell us time and again that the open views, balcony, and magic light shows on the Eiffel Tower make their stay in our Montrachet Paris vacation rental a memory of a lifetime.
We are amateur photographers, but the features of the living room in our Montrachet Paris vacation rental are naturally beautiful. The sun comes steaming in from the balcony and French doors, reflecting the pretty colors of this the ‘Country in Paris’ living room.
The original white marble fireplace and large framed mirror were brought to life again when we restored our Montrachet Paris vacation rental. The beautiful crystal chandelier is from Denmark, and its reflection in the large mirror doubles its beauty and light. |
