Comments: My husband and I just returned from a week in your Malar studio, and I wanted to let you know how much we loved staying in our charming little Parisian flat! It is small, but well-appointed and lovely for a short trip. The neighbourhood was wonderful and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It made the trip just perfect.

Cheers,

Shawna and David

Comments: My husband and I celebrated my 40th birthday with two other couples in Paris. We had the most incredible vacation. The beautiful apartments we rented from Paris Perfect enhanced our visit. We rented the St. Emillion and the Bergerac apartments. They were both on the 6th floor of a lovely building. The best thing about this was we had the entire floor to ourselves, since these were the only two apartments on the 6th floor. Both apartments were beautifully decorated with many French antique furnishings and the views were to "die for". It was so much fun coming back every night and seeing the Eiffel tower all lit up right in front of the living room and bedroom windows. The apartment had all of the necessities we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt right at home. There was an espresso/coffee maker with coffee, hair dryer, a washer and dryer, CD player with CD’s, DVD player, books on Paris, wireless Internet access and much more. Two wonderful hosts welcomed us upon our arrival; they showed us all of the amenities. Each apartment received a nice bottle of champagne, orange juice and milk. The Paris Perfect staff checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the apartments. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were terrific. The neighborhood was one of the best parts of our vacation, we ate at several local restaurants and we enjoyed the market place on Rue Cler. There were several wonderful Patisseries within steps of our apartment. The metro stop was close by and living among the local Parisians in an affluent French neighborhood was fabulous. You can't go wrong with Paris Perfect, because it is just that, "Paris Perfect"!

Comments: Dear Madelyn and Philippe,
Our stay in the Volnay apartment with our son over our extra-long Thanksgiving weekend was wonderful, due largely to your fine attention to detail and your efforts to make sure our five days were problem-free. Just as when I stayed in your other apartment earlier this year with my friend Susan, everything was beautifully arranged when we arrived and all our needs were met during the stay. We have recommended the apartments to friends -- not just because the apartments are well-appointed but also because of their proximity to the Eiffel Tower and to an assortment of excellent boulangeries and patisseries, fine restaurants and lovely stores -- and because they are not a far walk, either, to the Invalides, the Petis Palais, the Grand Palais and the new Musee Branly. We look forward with delight to future stays!
Sincerely,
Chris

Comments: We stayed at the Suffren apartment Oct. 23-28, 2006. It was an anxiety -free experience due to the sincere efforts of Madelyn & Philippe. They provide an enoromous amount of information to make ones visit run as smoothly as possible. It is comforting to trust a complete stranger with your lodging plans, and have them materialize to higher expectations. There are no hidden costs or fabrications to surprise the guests. These people are very true to their word! The apartment was extremely comfortable, and afforded us easy access to anything we needed, especially visiting our daughter who is studying in Paris for her junior year of college. The view of the Eiffel tower, in its glittering spendor at night, is breathtaking! In the future, when we travel from the U.S., we will most definitely use the services of Madelyn & Philippe. Their attention to detail was superb!

Comments: Dear Philippe, Madelyn and Carolyn,

WIth my busy schedule, I wish to take a moment to tell you how much I enjoyed working with the Paris Perfect Team. It was absolutely superb in every way imaginable. A dream vacation in Paris as it is meant to be.

On September 7, we arrived at the apartment and settled in for a wonderful week in Paris. It was truly magical. My 4 year old daughter was excited over the view of the Eiffel Tower. The vacation made quite a positive impression upon her, and I have you all to thank for this.

As an architect, my wife was able to make a dream a reality by studying the architecture of the homes and buildings throughout Paris. Our apartment was perfect in every way to allow her to be apart of life in Paris. The neighborhood was everything we had dreamed of and everyone was quite helpful and very kind.

The support and the information provided by your Team was extremely helpful and quite current. Honestly, I felt as if I had been there before and knew exactly where everything was and what to expect. Bravo!

We will return to Paris again in the future, and there is no doubt we will call upon Paris Perfect. Next stop - Italy. We will be in touch.

Thank you so much.

Kindest regards,

Robert Quick

Comments: Dear Philippe and Carolyn,
Thankyou so much for your beautiful apartment. Prior to leaving Australia I did not think it possible to have such a magnificent apartment literally looking on to the Eiffel Tower. How superb at night.
The apartment was well appointed and we were close to a great patissiere and supermarket. Your coffee percolator was the best!! Each morning I would set the coffee going then go around the corner for the almond croissant and baguette. The family would have breakfast looking onto the Eiffel. Magic.
Some Australian friends have already booked in for next year!
Merci beaucoup

My family and I just returned from staying at the Romanee apartment (Sept 14-24). It was one of the best vacations I've ever had. I went with my husband, 1 year old daughter, mother in law, father in law and sister in law. The apartment was great and had all the comforts of home. I thought we would miss the maid service that a traditional hotel offers, but we didn't miss it at all. It was our home away from home. My daughter would just stare at the lights of the Eiffel evry night when we got home. We also went to Rue Cler everyday. Visit Reza at Oliviers and Coon Rue Cler. He is very friendly and helpful. He had us do an olive oil tasting which was fantastic.

We very much enjoyed our apartment -- Sancerre. The apartment was very light and a joy. It had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, the nearby park, and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is fun, full of convenient shops and great restaurants.

Philippe, Madelyn provide very thorough instructions and the "sign-up" process works smoothly as does the arrival process. Their on-the-ground manager, Carolyn, is first-class and very helpful. These people are all very professional. Paris-Perfect is the real deal.

My husband and I just returned from our stay at Volnay. It could not have been more perfect. Beautifully furnished and a fantastic view from all rooms.
I couldn't wait to get up in the morning and have my coffee and bagette watching Parisan life out of the kitchen windows.
It was the perfect 25th anniversary. We can't wait to return.

My wife Jennie and I stayed at the Santenay apartment for 10 days in September, 2006, and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The apartment was comfortable and had all of the amenities of home. We enjoyed our fat tire bike ride and the wonderful neighborhood with many fine stores and restaurants within a short walk of our front door. We think that Madelyne, Philippe and Carolyn are doing a great job at accommodating their guests.

Comments: Re: Chateau Latour *****!!!

We just returned from eight wonderful days in Paris (September 10 - 18) and a big part of what made it so great was staying in Paris Perfect's new Chateau Latour apartment!

It is a fabulous apartment in every sense. Chateau Latour is well designed to make maximum use of space and ideal for two couples traveling together. There is a nice, cozy and beautifully furnished living/dining room area which was perfect for reflecting on our day's activities in The City of Lights with the couple we were thraveling with. Even better, both bedrooms and bathrooms are in separate sections, affording privacy when desired.

In addition to all the usual high-end Paris Perfect touches (beautiful and modern kitchen and bathrooms, elegant bed linens, free WiFi, a stereo which worked well with our iPod, separate washer/dryer), the Chateau Latour has two really special attractions.

First, a drop-dead unbelievable view from the balcony (the apartment is on the 7th floor). It is an unusually wide balcony for Paris and offers a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and even Sacre Coeur in the distance! We have stayed at several other Paris Perfect apartments (all of them delightful), but the view from Chateau Latour tops all the others!

Second, the apartment is air conditioned, which was a real treat because Paris was unseasonable warm during our stay.

Finally, as with all our Paris Perfect experiences, Madelyn, Philippe and Carolyn (and their team) make it special. They really care about their clients and want to do everything to make sure their guests have a wonderful experience. In this era of hype, it is great to find a company that sets high expectations with their clients and then consistently exceeds them.

Comments: Just a quick note to say that our stay in Pinot, during this last August was just as good as it gets. The location is ideal, the information sent by Madelyn and Phillipe is perfectly organized, and extremely useful in getting to know the neighborhood. You really do feel like a "temporary local" by the end of your stay, and you will feel a little "homesick" for your apartment in Paris. I'm going through that right now. I would never consider a hotel again for any city that is served by these people, and I believe they offer apartments in London and Rome as well. Thanks also to Carolyn and Balthazar for the great welcome upon our arrival.

Comments: Bonjour,

I recently returned from a week in Paris with my 17 year old daughter and three of her best friends.

We stayed in the Bergerac apartment from 14-21 July, 2006.

The Bastille Day fireworks over the Eiffel Tour was breathtaking. Frankly, it was like living in a dream to wake up and go to sleep every night looking at one of the major "wonders of the world".

We loved the neighborhood and took advantage of all your suggestions. I shopped in the local markets, etc. and we enjoyed many delicious breakfasts, appetizers and dinners in the luxury of our home away from home.

The apartment was charming, full of amenities, and Carolyn could not have been more helpful. We wish you continued success at Paris Perfect. Thank you for the "welcome" basket of goodies!

A bientot,
Dianne

Comments: We stayed at the apartment in May of 06 and loved it! The location was absolutely perfect. Every night we would watch the Eiffel Tower light show from our living room window. Everything we needed was right there in the apartment and we loved walking to our choice of boulangeries each morning.

The tourist information book you provided was much appreciated and our 2 young girls were most grateful for the DVD player that played American DVD's!

We highly recommend it to anyone!

Comments: My family had the distinct pleasure of staying in your wonderful apartment on Rue St. Dominique during late July and early August. I think it was our best family vacation EVER (even with a tweener and a teenager and a lot of togetherness). For starters, the views-- from nearly every portion of the 5th floor apartment-- are unparalled. Le Tour Eiffel, Champs du Mars, classic cafes....;the apartment itself is beautifully decorated to put one in a decided France state-of-mind and the balcony is the perfect perch to people-watch. Despite scorching temps outside, the apartment was amazingly cool thanks to the beautiful French doors and shutters (and one or two strategically placed fans). Who were we to complain when the thermometer topped 40 degrees celsius (over 100+ F.) I don't even know where to begin with all the "little things" that make the apartment so livable and homey. We toured the City of Lights from dawn to dusk (OK, late morning til late dinner!) and it was wonderful to come back to an apartment so conveniently located and upscale. I doubt we will ever book a hotel room from this moment on if Champagne is available!

Comments: We had a lovely week in the Gigondas apartment. The apartment is an ideal size for two families, so we invited our friends from California and London to stay with us. The neighborhood is perfectly situated off the Champ-de-Mars, there are many lovely cafes nearby, and the Rue Cler marketplace is a short walk away.

The folks at Paris Perfect were absolutely lovely to work with. We'll definitely stay with them the next time in Paris, and probably in London, too!

Comments: Six of my girlfriends and I treated ourselves to 60th birthday gifts to ourselves and spent 8 nights in Provence and 8 nights in Paris. In Paris 5 of us were in the Sancerre and 2 in the Champagane. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH FABULOUS WORDS ABOUT THE APARTMENTS AND THE PARIS PERFECT PEOPLE. I had started emailing Madelyn perhaps 3 years ago!! She was always very prompt and informative in her responses. The reservations and payment were all very seamless. Philippe made sure we had the information we needed and guided us through that process. One would never have to worry about booking online with Paris Perfect. Both apartments were as shown on the website and then exceeded our expectations!!! They were both spectacular!! The Tour Eiffel outside our dining room window was so close we felt we could touch it. We were entranced with the "Grande Dame" from the time we would wake up and come out to the dining room for coffee and then again when "She" was "sparkling" at night. We hated to close the shutters and windows to go to bed at night!

I was slightly concerned about 5 women with 2 baths and 1 WC with everyone getting ready to start our day in the morning. However, we all worked very well together and never had a problem. There were beautiful LARGE mirrors in both the foyer and living room of the Sancerre to put makeup on and also blow dry hair after showering if another was in the bathroom. Every single detail has been well thought out! The apartment contained lots of storage in beautiful antique chests outside of the bedrooms and large well designed closets or beautiful armoires in the bedrooms. The "Yellow Bible" of information didn't miss anything! We used everything in the apartment very easily! The Nepresso machine was such a treat for me!

The neighborhood of both the Sancerre and Champagne is WONDERFUL! The next time I'm in Paris at a Paris Perfect apartment, I'd like to just immerse myself deeply in the immediate area. Rue St. Dominique and Rue de Grenelle (and lots of other streets in the area) have wonderful boulangeries, traiteurs, fleurists, bistros, a fabulous coffee store, cafes, etc., etc. I wouldn't need to travel too far for anything and steeping myself in the area would be delightful!

I know I'm speaking for our group of 7 women when I say that our expectations were totally exceeded and we would all stay in these two apartments (or any of the others) in a heartbeat! However, the 2 1/2 weeks we were in Provence and Paris, the temperatures were in the high 80's to mid-90's with major humidity -- our next trip will definitely be in April/May or September/October. There were many days that we faded very early from the heat which, fortunately, left many things for us to see and do on the next trip!!!

Merci beaucoup and kudos to Philippe, Madelyn, Carolyn, and Sarah for making this dream trip a reality in a most seamless, fabulous manner.

Joy Hendricksen and the other 6 women

Comments: Dear Philippe and Madeyln, We have just come back from the first 10 days of June in the Cabernet it was wonderful. You and your team have thought of everything. We did feel right at home. The bed was one of the most comfortable and we slept like babies. From the french windows there is a constant cross flow of air ,never hot. The welcome basket was very thoughtful, we did not expect and we will always have the hread sleeve. Thank-you. From our balcony we had a direct view of the Effiel Tower and we were sitting on the balcony all times of the day and night. Our first night there we were jet lagged. My husband went to bed about 8:30, but I stayed awake until the great light show. As I stepped onto the balcony I thought how lucky we were to be in the most beautiful city in the world. I then went to bed wih a smile on my face as I went to sleep. The last time I went ot sleep smiling I was a kid and it was Christmas!! ParisPerfect had the right name. It is as close to perfect as humans can get!! The best neighborhood, the best apartments, the best view, great gift basket, the best service, restaurants, banks, post office, shops of all kinds and the bus and metro almost at your door. We have traveled around Europe and find the French people very kind and friendly. We have been to Paris 4 times and this was the best by far. In fact I am going to close now to make an appointment at the Volnay for 11 night in September of 07. We hope you have as wonderful a time as we did in these immaculate apartments. Comments: My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Paris in April. Our apartment, Kir, is a tiny gem -- beautifully furnished, in a lovely neighborhood, and spotlessly clean. We were greeted by Carolyn, the manager, who showed us how everything worked, etc.; in the apartment were a welcome basket and lots of information about the quartier. It was so much fun to shop each morning and return to our cozy flat with the wonderful bread, cheese, wine, fruit and pastries (!) available just blocks from our front door. And every evening, without fail, we strolled to the Eiffel Tower and watched her sparkling dance -- a thrilling, romantic show that never gets old. We were Parisians for a week -- and we can't wait to return!!
