Our family of three stayed in one of your apartments for a week in June 2006 and could have not been more pleased. The apartment was perfect for our family, with a pullout sofa for our 16-yr-old son in the living room and a corridor to access the kitchen, bathroom, and dining room without having to walk through the living room. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The information book provided with the apartment contains helpful information to get the most out of your stay in Paris. You won't believe the view of the Eiffel Tower until you really see it, but the website does a good job of picturing it! Carolyn was immensely helpful and very available during our stay. We enjoyed meeting her. Other highlights: Dinner at Le Florimond and at Fables de la Fontaine, both easy walks from the apartment. Equally fun was buying food and wine from the local shops to have dinner in. We especially liked nearby shops Comptoirs Richard for coffee and the boulangerie just a couple of doors down on R. St. Dominique. Find the wheeled shopping cart in the closet and head to the Point L'Alma outdoor market (two days a week) for a great shopping experience and wonderful fresh food. And take the night Segway tour to see the city with Fat Tire Bikes - a truly unforgettable experience! I would return to Paris next week if I could!

The name Paris Perfect say it all. We just returned from our second stay at one of their properties in June (previous visit was in December 05). The attention to detail and the location of the apartments themselves are just wonderful and the wealth of information that is provided makes you feel like a native! Madelyn and Philippe and their wonderful staff have done everything possible to make things go as smoothly as possible. Not being cooped up in a hotel adds a whole different dimension to a Paris visit and calls you back again and again. We are already beginning to plan our next trip. So glad that we discovered you!

Hello All,
We had the pleasure of renting a wonderful apartment in the Suffren Village apartment complex from Paris Perfect just adjacent to the Parc de Champs de Mars where the Eiffel Tower is. We truly enjoyed our stay. Madeline greeted us upon our arrival and did a wonderful job of orienting us to the apartment and the locale. The Word document that Madeline sent us prior to our arrival served as a terrific compass by which we explored Paris. Be sure to take her advise and visit the discount purse place near the Galleria Lafayette. Wonderful deals there. Phillippe, Madeline and Carolyn, thank you for making our first visit to Paris so memorable.

I am an extremely picky person, so listen up! Myself and 3 sister-in-laws and mother-in-law spent 10 days in two different apartments. They were beautiful, well kept, well equipped with everything needed and a wonderful experience. Paris Perfect knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to making you feel welcome and at home in a foreign country! Isabel was a gem and very helpful. I would stay in one of these apartments again in a minute..........no hotels for us!

My daughter, grandson, and I spent the week of May 11-18, 2006 in the beautiful Richebourg on the Bourdannais. We fell in love with the apartment on the website, and found it even more wonderful than we hoped. The sweet neighborhood, the clean, charming, adorable Richebourg made our trip a dream. I love the 7th Arrondisemont, the Rue Cler, Rue Grennelle, the Champs de Mar, the dazzling light show of the Tour d'Eiffel. Madelyn and Phillipe have created something that I never imagined could exist: a sampling of a complete life in Paris. They thought of everything! Plus dishwasher, Nespresso and
washing machines, the lovely, lovely homey feeling, and every detail. Even little scissors! I felt I was in my own home. It gave me and my daughter and grandson (age 3) an enchantment, a week we will never forget. I want to come back every year! Sans doute!

Our eight day stay in the Cabernet apartment was, as your name proclaims, "PERFECT!" The apartment is exceptionally well-furnished and equipped, very quiet, and the ever-present view of the Eiffel Tower is stunning.
With the advance information you provided, we easily acclimated to the neighborhood, and the shopkeepers and residents made us feel at home.
Paris was beautiful in late April; the flowers and plants were in bloom and the weather was just right for long days of exploring the city and visiting its many museums and monuments. Each evening we enjoyed returning to the apartment with wine and cheese and other delectables, kicking off our shoes, opening the French doors to the balcony, and luxuriating while the sun set behind the Eiffel Tower.
In short, it was a "Paris Perfect" holiday. We look forward to being your guests again.

We stayed in two apartments in Paris. Both of them were better than we expected! The location and views were out of this world. Each apartment came with a book or should I say a "Bible" that told you about everything you need to know. From where to shop, sight see, taxis, to how to work everything in the apartment. Which I must say was well equiptment. My son is getting married this summer and will be spending his honeymoon in Italy. I suggested that he contact Paris Perfect to find an apartment in Rome. He is set! I know he will have a Perfect trip going with this group. They met all of our needs and then some. I am sure they he will have a perfect trip too! Thanks.

Thank you Madeline and Philippe for creating such a perfect travel experience through your beautifully appointed apartments. We just returned from two weeks in your Bergerac Apartment with our 6 1/2 year old son (our first trip abroad since he was born). Our time in Paris was magical. Paris is a living museum and it is hard not to be taken by its history and beauty. Our days were full of sight seeing, picnics in the many beautiful parks Paris has to offer, kicking the soccer ball around, sampling Berthillon's various flavors of ice cream, visiting some of Sean's favorite paintings, quiet rides on the Batobus, noisy rides on the Metro, insane rides in the Cab, shopping on the Rue Cler for dinner, practicing our french and this list goes on. There is nothing like coming home to a sun-drenched, warm and lovely apartment on a peaceful tree-lined avenue. Bergerac created the space for us to enjoy gourmet food from the Rue Cler, sample french wines, stay in touch with our business, and for one ecstatic 6 1/2 year old to eat dinner in his pajamas followed by a lightshow on the Tour Eiffel -- really quite amazing.
We are both marketers and sensitive to promises that companies make about their products or services. Bergerac was everything we expected it to be. You have done a perfect job of detailing this lovely space. We arrived on a grey misty morning in a rather jet-lagged state. The apartment was warmly lit, Carolyn awaited with enthusiasm and we were thrilled to find that it was exactly what we expected.
The experience of living in Paris as a guest for two weeks was made complete by having your apartment as our homebase. I cannot imagine travelling another way with a small child on a trip like this. To have the space and amenities offered by Paris Perfect in a hotel would have cost much more. And I doubt a hotel would have offered us the use of a scooter, so that our son could happily scooter the whole of Paris (like many french children). This was an unexpected pleasure for the whole family as it afforded us the ability to walk much more of the city, and delighted our son, who never once complained of too much exploration.
We leave Paris full, stimulated and inspired to continue to travel with our young son in this same way.
Thank you so much from The Bridges Family, Del Mar, CA

Do you know that feeling when you get off a long flight, and you're excited, but tired, and a strange, but beautiful city is so bewitching, but for the moment all you want is a cup of tea and a chair and a moment to relax and take it all in? Well, that's how we all felt when we arrived in Paris ( some for the first time) this
past March, and when the taxi pulled up in front of the address, I wondered if our "home" for the next 8 days could be as sweet and welcoming as I needed it to be at that moment...well, it was, and then some...Merlot was a charming, peaceful haven...we watched the children on their way to school in the morning, and at evening, the Eiffel Tower transformed into a light show. So much better than a hotel room, Paris Perfect creates a "home" for you, and that, my friends, is the cream in the eclair. Au revoir. See you in Paris!

WOW! What a wonderful experience I shared with my sister, daughter-in-law and granddaughter staying in the Romanee apartment viewing the Eiffel Tower each night! We loved the neighborhood and shopping for breakfast and dinner and chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!! The apartment was so comfortable and exactly the way Madelyn presented it in her promotional materials. All the special tips and suggestions before and during our trip were put to use. Each time we had a decision to make or a question to ask we referred to Madelyn's book in the apartment and always the answer was there. Everything was so organized it made our Paris visit "Perfect"! We'd never stay anywhere else in Paris. From the much appreciated welcome basket after a long journey to Victor taking us to the airport on our journey home - we felt safe, cared for and secure staying with the "Paris Perfect" team. Thank you Madelyn, Phillipe, Carolyn, Isabella and Victor! We will return!

Your Bergerac apartment was, indeed, "pefect" for our needs--and after our wonderful week there in March 2005, we are happy return customers, looking forward to a London stay with Londonperfect this year.
We will certainly recommend ParisPerfect to friends (even at the risk that your bookings will become more difficult to make!)--and hope that we are able to return again. You have helped create some beautiful memories for our family--and for that, we thank you.
Our week in Paris would not have been the wonderful trip it was without the comforts of Bergerac to return to each afternoon. Both of our granddaughters are "nesters"--and as soon as we returned to the apartment late each afternoon, they would promptly disappear to "their" bedroom to read, talk, list to their CDs, and whatever else preteens do--leaving us adults free to enjoy our break to ourselves before we set out again for dinner. Kate, age 13 especially loved Madelyn's decor--said she'd like her first apartment to look just like it! (She's our budding artist--and left her rendering of Bergerac's Eiffel view in your guest book). We celebrated her 13th birthday with a chocolate mousse cake from the patisserie--and the Eiffel Tower cooperated with its sparkling light show just as she blew out the candle. What a wondrous evening!
The girls became fast friends with the two women who run the patisserie next door--they even exchanged gifts on our last day. They laughed at French tv's version of "American Idol," loved ordering their meals in French, were awe-struck at being able to see so many of their favorite Impressionist paintings (the Marmotten is a real jewel of a museum), were amazed at the variety of birds at the Sunday bird market. Carolyn introduced us to the foursome in the apartment across the hall on the day we left--and we were pleased to hear them say that they didn't even know anyone was in our apartment all week (something that was true for us as well).
Thanks, Madelyn and Philippe. . . so glad we found your perfect Paris lodgings.

My wife, myself and my two teenage boys stayed at the Sancerre apartment from December 16 through 23, 2005. Of course, the first thing we did upon arriving at the apartment was to confirm the view depicted on the website. As advertised - the Eiffel Tower in all its glory. I can't even imagine what one would pay for such a view in a comparable Paris hotel. At night it gets even better. The Tower, when fully lit, is indescribable, and every hour you are treated to the world's greatest light show. I'm forever spoiled.
The apartment itself is immaculate and of the highest quality. I often read posts from people who minimize the importance of their travel accommodations with statements such as, "We're only going to sleep there." I think this ignores the reality of travel. Coming back to the Sancerre in the late afternoon or early evening after a full day of walking and siteseeing was both soothing and re-invigorating. Staying in a tiny, cramped hotel room simply can't compete.
And I cannot say enough about the neighborhood. We immediately immersed ourselve in the scene - shopping for our breakfast with the locals. Everything one need's is virtually next door or across the street. I wish I had such convenience - and quality - at home.
ParisPerfect delivers exactly what it promises. Thanks to Madelyn and Philippe for the grace and ease with which they make it all possible.

Paris Perfect indeed! My husband and I(along with my wonferful mother) spent the week of our dreams @ the Montrachet apt. the 1st week in Nov.,2005.
I am still adjusting to the reality of being back in Kansas City.It was everything and more I have dreamed Paris to be since I was 15 yrs. old.The apt.absolutely wonderful. The three of us just loved it. If you have ever considered an apt. rental do not hesitate and look no farther. Philippe,Madelyn and staff could not be more professional along with providing heartfelt hospitality. They have thought of everything, and I do mean everything! The neighborhood is the absolute best. We walked everywhere. Bus and metro very convinient. Every conceivable shop right outside your door. Our balconies really added the best show in Paris!Eiffel Tower light show every hour on the hour(for the first 10 mins.) took our breath awawy. We ate many fantastic meals @ our dining table with the best view in Paris.I must say we did not dine out as much as we thought we would because it was so great to shop for diner in our arrondissment and bring it "home" to our dear Montrachet. We truly felt like we experienced Paris in a very intimate fashion.( Oh, the combination washer/dryer was so quiet .I did not realalize it was on! A very upscale and fantastic treat to have such a convenience. Also the bottle of wine was so very thoughtful.Drank the wine immediately. On the balcony of course!
Do not hesitate. Start your planning immeditaley. You will be so pleased with your brillinat choice.
Warm regards,
Victoria and Jim

We stayed at the Pomerol apartment in Novemeber '05. It was a beautiful apartment, immaculately kept. The staff and owners were was very helpful and accomodating, and their recommendations were better than any guidebook. The location was ideal - right above Rue Cler, a lovely market, and close to everything. We found being in an apartment was far more comfortable and private and way better than a hotel and would recommend parisperfect. I expect we'll try to sample some more of PP's offerings in future.
