I just returned from a marvelous week in the lovely Montrachet apartment. Everything was extremely comfortable, and the Paris Perfect staff provided all the extras to make my stay even better than I'd hoped for. Montrachet has a triple balcony off each main room, with the MOST unbelievable view of the Eiffel Tower. I spent countless hours out there enjoying the view and the wonderful neighborhood below. The apartment is right above some of the best food shopping and the full kitchen is very tempting to create marvelous French recipes. In short, the entire experience and value was so much better than I've ever received in a hotel, that there's no comparison. I'm looking forward to staying in this apartment again in the future. It truly was Paris Perfect!

The highlight of our 25th anniversary trip to France this past October was our stay in Paris in one of the Paris Perfect apartments. On previous visits to Paris, we have stayed at some lovely hotels, but now we are totally spoiled by staying in one of the Paris perfect apartments. We hope to return as soon as possible!
When you enter, you are first wowed by the charming décor, a lovely eclectic mix of antiques and modern furnishings. Also important, all of the appliances/bedding/plumbing fixtures are top quality. Then you see the balcony and the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It truly IS perfect!
We also loved the location in the 7th, and being primarily among families and older couples rather than tourists. There are lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and a bus stop across the street with lines that went to St. Germaine and also to popular points on the Right Bank. We used the bus a lot, and really enjoyed that. After a day of exploring, coming back to our beautiful and comfortable apartment to put our feet up for a while was so wonderful.
We have also found from experience that even if a rental property is totally charming, it’s only as good as the owners behind it. In their pre-planning and while you’re at the apartment, Madelyn and Philippe and their local contact are just as perfect as their apartments. There are detailed instructions on how to use everything in the apartment, and our greeter also patiently showed us how to work everything as she watched. Furthermore, they have pages of wonderful Paris suggestions and helpful, specific advice. Finally, we didn’t have any problems, but we took comfort in knowing that Madelyn and Philippe were a phone call or e-mail away if we did have one. This was not the case with our other rental the week before in the South of France.
We obviously highly recommend renting an apartment from Madelyn and Phillipe. You will be so delighted.

Amazing! Our experience with our Paris Perfect rental was absolutely amazing. We had rented the St. Julien suite but the building it was located in turned out to be having city water main repairs so Philippe and Madelyn upgraded us...to the Gigodas apartment. Wow! It was even more beautiful than the pictures show, with it's rooftop garden patio, big skylights which lit the rooms, and incredible architectural details like the curved wood ceiling columns.
It was just across the park from the other building we had rented the apartment in. Bus lines were almost right across the street. The cheese shop downstairs was incredible as was the butcher across the street and the Rue Grenelle market was just a short walk away on Wednesday and Sunday mornings.
The information packet regarding the neighborhood and Paris that was emailed to us after booking was very helpful in planning our trip. We were lucky enough to meet and spend several days with Michael Osman whom you'd mentioned in your packet. Father and myself immediately felt as if Michael were long lost family. He made our trip absolutely delightful and was a joy to be around.
The basket of welcome goods was a wonderful touch that was so appreciated after such a long flight to get there.
Truly...you helped make my fathers dream trip a wonderful and memorable experience for him as well as myself. I will certainly be back in touch with you about next fall when I hope to return again.
Thank you Philippe and Madelyn!is Perfect to all and would definately stay again in their apartments.

We have made many visits to Paris over the years but this was our first time renting an apartment for the week. It made a wonderful difference having a place to come "home" to each night instead of going back to a hotel room. Chardonay exceeded our expectations for quaility and comfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your apartment; it was very comfortable with lots of thoughtful extras to make a guest feel welcome. For example, it was helpful to have the instructions for the appliances right there to refer to. The information you provided before we arrived was as good or better than a commerical guide book; even though we have lived in Paris (15 years ago) the 7th arrondisement was new to us. Once we were on the spot we used several of your suggestions, especially for restaurants (we tried quite a few and liked them all) and shopping. We look forward to staying with you on our next trip to Paris.

We spent two weeks at the Kir apartment. The design of the space and location were perfect for us. We loved being so close to the Eiffel Tower and the Batobus stop. We loved meeting Madeline, who is a wonderful host. The whole experience was just perfect... Paris.

We had the pleasure of staying in the "Village Suffren" 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment for a week in the fall of 2005. We had asked for a quiet apartment away from traffic noise. This apartment certainly filled the bill but was also most comfortable in every other way. It was pleasantly located in the 7th arrondissement, a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was comfortably appointed, well lighted with south facing windows, and even included a computer for internet access.
Best of all was the indispensable ParisPerfect information folder in the apartment listing the best neighborhood restaurants, brasseries, shops, patisseries, charcuteries, pharmacies, etc., which we used extensively. Your staff being a phone call away was very comforting and helpful when needed. Doc Philippe handled our reservations most efficiently throughout.
We are looking forward to returning!

We have wonderful memories of our week in Paris, and the apartment made everything else easy and pleasant. We have recommended Paris Perfect to many friends. Some have not yet explored the 7th arr., but we think our enthusiasm is contagious. Thank you for your attention to all the details that make a big difference. We are settling in for the long Maine winter, warmed by thoughts of Paris in October. We will certainly contact you when we get ready to return.

We had the picture perfect week in Paris, thanks to our lovely stay at the Pinot apartment. And we're demanding travellers who have stayed in many cities around the globe.
Every need was taken care of, the apartment was gorgeous, but we especially never tired of the view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower - it was spectacular. We were enamored of your personal recommendations (and stories) about the neighborhood. Absolutely delightful!
This is the first time we've ever rented an apartment, but we will definitely be back - provided our recommendation doesn't open the floodgates of travellers so that we have trouble getting a reservation. No matter what, we get first priority, OK?
Again, many thanks. We'll return soon, but au revoir for now.
Cheers, David Landis & Sean Dowdall, San Francisco

We had a perfectly wonderful week in the Pinot apartment in the 7th arrondissment. The apartment delivered exactly what was promised, but the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony was even more spectacular than we had expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood, which afforded us wonderful, small restaurants and multiple, outdoor markets to buy beautiful produce and fixings for the meals we chose to have "chez nous". Although we have been visitors to Paris many, many times, I think this was our best vacation in our favorite city. We can't wait to return.

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at the Pinot apartment this past September 2005. The accommodations were every bit as advertised and more. Living in the neighborhood, versus the more commercial route, was well worth the experience. As many have previously commented, the ambience of shopping rue Cler and dining at the local restaurants makes one feel a part of the culture. All the arrangements from start to finish were extremely smooth and well done. We look forward to another visit in the near future.

After flying halfway around the world, it was wonderful to touch down in Paris and arrive at the apartment. It was even better to wake up the next morning to a warm friendly apartment that was not only well organised and clean, but had all the necessary parisian touches that made us feel both welcome and 'in Paris'. The children will never forget their first view of the Eiffel Tower from the window and I will never forget their faces. Thank you Paris Perfect for giving us a great start to our Europeon holiday.
