| Comments: | In early March we stayed at the little Avenue de Bourdonnais apppartment in the 7th in Paris. Like many, we wondered if it would live up to it's pictures on the web site. It did, and more. It was a charming, cozy and very French. I was concerned about the bed being in the loft, but it was like being on a ship. An unexpected but wonderful bonus was the skylight. At night we could see the beam of the spotlight from the top of the Eiffel Tower through the skylight. It was a perfect way to fall asleep after spending the day in the most beautiful city in the world. The apartment had all the conveniences of home and the most incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. In addition, your staff was most helpful and efficient. I have recommended Paris Perfect to everyone I know, and I would go back in a heartbeat. JT and Sara Massey

Thank you for making the Chardonnay place a truly wonderful experience for us. Your homely apartment made our stay a memorable one (we celebrated 2 birthdays here). The furnishings (from the exquisite furniture to the Toile beddings and pillows) and appliances were a marvel to look at as well as simple and fun to use. It is such a big convenience to have everything right at your fingertips, every information we needed was written down on the yellow book. | Comments: | We just returned from a family vacation in Paris where we rented two apartments, Chardonnay and Cabernet. They were everything we needed to make our time in Paris enjoyable. The kitchens were small but useable and very well done with the granite and tile. The bathrooms were also small but very clean and well done with the tile and good lighting. Every night we enjoyed the sparkle of the Eiffel Tower, on the hour for 10 minutes, from our living room. I would go back to a Paris Perfect apartment in a minute.

| Comments: | Our family with 3 young children visited Paris in January 2005 and stayed in the Sancerre apartment. The location was absolutely fabulous and central to all the sites of Paris. The views were spectacular towards the Eiffel Tower and we loved sitting at the dining table watching the light show each night. We especially loved the rue Cler markets and most delicious food shops in this area. It made us feel like we were actually living as Parisians in our apartment and strolling down each morning to rue St Dominique for our morning coffee and baguettes. It certainly was an educational experience for our young children and one I can thoroughly recommend for any visitor wishing to experience the "Parisian" way of life rather than staying in a tourist hotel. The decor and the little touches throughout the apartment were appreciated and most enjoyed.

| Comments: | My husband, daughter, and I spent a week in the Montrachet apartment in April and had a wonderful time there. This was so much better than staying in a hotel - no comparison. The apartment layout makes great use of the space and of course, has a fantastic view. Very elegant and comfortable.
At night, my daughter left the curtains open so her last view at night and the first upon waking would be of la Tour Eiffel. In our short time there, we already had favorite places to visit in the neighborhood. So much is available in the immediate area. The information notebook in the apartment was extremely helpful and the welcome basket was thoughtful and much appreciated. We will never forget this trip and hope to return soon. We will be sure to recommend Paris Perfect to our family, friends, and co-workers. Thanks again.

| Comments: | When thinking of an apartment for a family vacation in Paris we were concerned whether it would really be as nice as the web photos indicated, and whether we would miss some services of a hotel. With ParisPerfect we need not have worried.
Our apartment was wonderful, every bit as beautiful as the photos, and in some respects more so. And the binder of information in the apartment was so incredibly complete that we felt almost like long time residents of this lovely neighborhood. Philippe, Madelyn and the rest of the staff have all been charming, knowledgable, professional and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation and plan to stay with ParisPerfect again. Mille fois merci.

I want to write to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Paris, thanks in no small part to the wonderful location and quality of our spacious rental apartment (Pinot). The charming characteristics of the apartment and the neighborhood were exactly as you had indicated, and we were most appreciative of your thoughtful gifts. We also want to thank your team for all their help in making our arrival and departure go so smoothly, despite our poor timing on arrival. From the time when we began inquiring about renting until the end of our stay, we have had only very positive experiences with your company. For all that, thank you. We have a business meeting in Rome in early December. While we will stay at the Exedra for the business part of the trip, we are thinking about taking a few days to visit either Florence or Venice. We notice that you have a few rental places in Florence. Should we decide to visit Florence, we will most certainly contact you & your business partner in case there may be some possibilities. | Comments: | We just got back from a 4 day London vacation. Since we had a wonderful experience with Madelyn and Phillipe's Beaujolais apartment in Paris, this time we decided to stay in their Cornwall apartment in London. This beautiful house made our vacation unforgetable. Additionaly, we had the chance to meet Madelyn and Philippe who are extremely hospitable. They have the best taste in the world, we were very delighted to stay at their beautifully decorated, comfortable houses which are also at the perfect locations of the cities. If there are any parisperfect houses at anywhere I go in the world, without any doubt I'll prefer it. And when I stay at parisperfect houses I feel like I'm in a house which belongs to me. Thanks Madelyn and Philippe, I wish you extend your property range to other parts of the world..

| Comments: | I read, and wholeheartedly agreed with, the comments from David and Alison Kemp below about their recent (March 2005) stay at the Pinot apartment in Paris. I could not have said it better myself. My lady friend and I had a truly wonderful, romantic and memorable week there. The apartment was vastly better than staying at any hotel. Thanks again. We'll be back in the hopefully not too distant future.
