Comments: We absolutely loved your Cabernet apartment! Everything was perfect... the beautiful furnishings, lovely bed linens, breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, the friendly neighborhood. The exceptionally well equipped kitchen, with the croissant warmer and Nespresso machine, made preparing meals a pleasure! Just "living" in the neighborhood was a very enjoyable part of our trip, and your excellent information packet and recommendations made that possible. We enjoyed rolling our shopping cart home from rue Cler loaded with our dinner ingredients, and even better, eating dinner watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle outside our window!!! The welcome basket was truly appreciated, as was Carolyn's greeting and orientation. Thank you to Carolyn for being so helpful. Thank you Madelyn and Philippe for sharing Cabernet, it made "Paris perfect" for us! We hope to be able to return.

Comments: Spent a week with family of 4 in apartment near the eiffel tower. Great neighborhood, and great apartment = great time. This was my second visit to Paris the first was spent in a hotel - the experience of apartment living made the second visit much more enjoyable.

I would recommend using paris perfect to anyone going to Paris, particularly if you are traveling with a family.

Comments: When I began looking for family accomodations in Paris, I quickly realized that it would cost a minor fortune to put up 13 of us in hotels.

As I searched on for apartments, nothing stood out like the Paris Perfect website. The photos were true to realty and we will never forget the absolute luxury of the apartments -life of the rich and famous!

I will recommend the apartments to anyone staying in Paris.

Comments: Dear Madelyn, Phillipe and company,

What a wonderful week I had on my most recent trip to Paris thanks in no small measure to Paris Perfect. I can honestly now refer to 'my pied-a-terre'.........Every detail has been condsidered from the welcome basket to the French-themed DVDs (particularly my favorite, LA FEMME NIKITA). Once one has fallen in love with the City of Light, it makes all the difference to be a resident in the neighborhood and not simply a lodger in a hotel room. Your restaurant tips were terrific as well. Needless to say, I am earnestly studying next year's calendar in preparation for my next booking!

Merci, merci beaucoup!

Comments: My family stayed in the Chardonnay appartment for one week in September 2004. We loved it, everything was perfect. It is a perfect way to have a family vacation in Paris, instead of staying at a hotel. It feels like coming "home" when you come back to the appartment after a day of sightseeing or shopping. The children (11 and 14 yrs) also loved it.

The appartment is very well equipped. Also, I would like to emphasize the very comfortable beds and the fact that it is quiet at night, so you sleep very well even in the middle of a big city.

The neighborhood is lovely, fantastic with the Eiffel tower so close. (tip: visit the tower at dusk, wonderful atmosphere and almost no lines)

We all want to go again, and to stay at "our" appartment Chardonnay!

Comments: My wife and I along with our two young children were fortunate to be able to spend two wonderful months in Paris from Oct-Dec. 2004. Madelyn and Phillipe were very accommodating and helped us plan our stay. Due to the late notification of our trip and availabilities at the time, we had the unusual experience of staying in most of their apartments. Madelyn and Phillipe were extremely helpful in making sure our moves from apartment to apartment were perfect (particularly considering we had two young girls in tow!). We have recommended their apartments to others and we hope to return soon.

Comments: Dear Madelyn and Philippe,

Thank you and your staff for making our stay in your Romaneé apartment so wonderful. Because of your kind hospitality, we felt that we were staying in a friend's apartment and not in a rental. The Romaneé apartment had everything that four people could wish for and more: we especially loved the bathtub with its lion-head tap and the other artistic touches including the beautiful trompe l’oeil cabinetry.

This was out tenth trip to Paris but it felt like our first each time we saw the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the living and dining room windows.

Best wishes for peace and prosperity in 2005,

Comments: We stayed in the lovely apartment for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. I have been trying to think of exactly what made the apartment so delightful other than the view. For one thing, it was immaculate, warm and inviting when we arrived bleary-eyed, very early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the linens fresh and pretty. I love to cook and the modern, well-equipped kitchen made it fun for me to do some experimenting with food from the local markets. The diningroom, with its fabulous chandelier, huge city map and glass table, was just right for a breakfast of baked goods, lunch quiches and the few evening meals we had there. Although the apartment building is on a busy traffic circle, the apartment was quiet. A bus stop is a few steps from the building so getting around Paris was convenient. When there was a question the staff was always only a phone call away. I had a chance to visit another Paris Perfect apartment and found it equally attractive. Paris Perfect comes highly recommended from this family.

Comments: Dear Paris Perfect,

My last visit to Paris was the most rewarding. It left me wanting more. Why was it so different from previous visits? Two words… Paris Perfect.

It was a ‘girl’s’ trip. We researched apartments on line for a month for accommodations acceptable to all. When I happened on the Paris Perfect site, it seemed too good to be true. The location, the view, the details of the neighborhood, the accoutrements, the restaurant suggestions, the Metro stops...this was too perfect and too easy. We made arrangements to lease the Romanee apartment with expectations that if it were half as good as presented it would be more than fine.

In a nutshell, Philippe and Madelyn have created beautiful apartments that are the perfect place to curl up for a cozy respite after a long day of sightseeing, museum-going, or shopping to review the events of the day and plan the next day’s strategy for experiencing Paris.

It is obvious Philippe and Madelyn love Paris and want their guests to love it, too. You feel like a member of the Paris Perfect family the minute you arrive. At the airport the French phone card wouldn’t work in the telephone and the taxi driver recommended by Paris Perfect, lent us his cell phone to advise of our arrival.

Can you imagine that occurring if you came in on your own?

We told Philippe and Madelyn what a jewel they have. They are extremely accommodating helping us with even the smallest requests. She has the appropriate patience and personality for her responsibilities. And it was the icing on the cake when the heat would not turn on (1st cold snap of the season) and she was there in less than an hour with space heaters for the night…and back again first thing in the morning with the plumber to fix the problem. That’s what being a good host is all about...taking care your guests comfort and well-being.

Thank you again and we look forward to our next visit!

Warm regards,

Suzette Reed and friends

Comments: Dear Paris Perfect Staff,

We stayed right under the Eiffel Tower and always knew where "home" was when we were out and about. St. Emilion was comfortable with a dramatic view of the Tower and surrounding landscape. Our grown daughter Genevieve was with us and we three loved living the French apartment life. We shopped for breakfast each night and wandered around the lovely neighborhood locating small, excellent restaurants, just blocks from our building. We are so glad we stayed with you!

Merci beaucoup et au revoir!
