We just returned from our visit to Paris. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with your apartment. The apartment location was truly perfect for us. The Rue Cler area and market was so unique that it was a delight just to stroll through it. Our 13 year old daughter was happy to go out in the mornings and purchase pastry treats without needing her parents to be with her. Your restaurant recommendations worked very well for us. We especially liked Le Florimond and the "people watching" at the La Terrasse du 7eme. The Italian La Taverna was better than most restaurants we found in Italy. I wish we could have tried all of the places on your list.
We will miss going to bed with the view of the Eiffel out of the window...what a treat. I know that none of this is "news" to you about your apartment, the area, the food etc. but we wanted to let you know what a great time we in part with your help.

Just returned from Paris where we had the opportunity to stay in two of the Paris Perfect apartments, Beaujolais and Kir. Although we visit France twice a year, this was our first experience in apartmental rental. It was a wonderful experience being able to mingle with the locals and savor true Parisian living.
Philippe and Madelyn were extremely accomodating and gracious with all our requests. We truly appreciate allowing us to extend our stay due to my unexpected illness. The aparments were charmingly decorated, well-appointed and comfortable. The location, of course, was superb!
We highly recommend Paris Perfect and will ourselves certainly return.
See you soon...

Madeyln and Philippe,
Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Paris. Location was excellent and the apartment was spectacular! You have been so professional to deal with and very helpful with all the tips and suggestions. It was my first time booking an apartment on the internet and I was a bit apprehensive. You exceded my expections. I will be back.
Warm regards,

We had a fabulous time at the apartment. Unfortunately, notwithstanding the fact that the trip was supposed to be a vacation, I ended up having to work most of it. The only saving grace was the fact that we were staying in your lovely apartment. Many thanks to you and Madelyn for all the detailed instructions about the neighborhood shopping (except we now have Berthillon addictions) and restaurants as well as information about the flea market.

As always, we enjoyed our stay in Paris and found the apartment to be the best we have rented. It is so well equipped and offers such "at home" comforts that we invited Parisian friends for dinner two nights of our stay. We knew the location would be superb but we were pleasantly surprised with the apartment's style and conveniences; we will return.

Thank you for a fantastic stay at your apartment in Paris. We had come in from a superb week in a south of France villa with 10 good friends, so the benchmark was high for our expectations. The apartment does not disappoint: great location, yet the area is residential at the same time. It was our first apartment, rather than a hotel, in Paris, and it's truly the best way to stay in the city.
From the very first contact, Madelyn and Philippe have been nothing but personable, helpful and efficient. We love good details, and they have left no stone unturned in this area! The information packet did, indeed, become our Source, and we carried certain pages around with us when needed.
It's fantastic to be able to luxuriate in a 1000 sq ft apartment, especially since we were four adults. Great place to have some wine, look at the lights around the city, visit with each other about our days' adventures.
We look forward to a return to Paris and would love to stay in any one of the apartments: they would all feel like home away from home... Many thanks from all four of us!

We just returned from a week in the beautiful Chardonnay apartment in Paris. This was my first experience in booking an apartment on the internet, and I was a bit apprehensive. In the past I have found that pictures of hotel rooms can be very deceptive (do they hang from the ceiling to take those pictures???).
However, the Chardonnay apartment was perhaps even better than the pictures on the website. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was great, in a very nice residential area but close to shopping, restaurants, metro and train, Eiffel Tower and Invalides. And a longish but not bad walk on a nice day to the Louvre, the D'Orsay, or the Champs Elysee.
I can hardly wait to return and try another of the Paris Perfect apartments!

Just wanted to say what a marvelous time my sister and I had in our pretty little Paris Perfect apartment. I believe our Kir apartment was the smallest of your apartments, but it was not lacking in amenities whatsoever. We found it far preferable to staying in a tiny hotel room. We were able to enjoy breakfast in our apartment most days after shopping at the many local patisseries and making coffee in our kitchen. The neighborhood was fabulous--and since my sister and I are both "directionally challenged", we were able to use the Eiffel tower as a landmark when we got turned around, and were easily able to find our way home again. We found all the information you provided for us about the neighborhood to be invaluable as we planned our days.
We want to thank you again for providing such a lovely and comfortable place for us to stay. We will definitely be back!
Sincerely,
Lil B.

I just wanted to say how fantastic the apartment was and how it really made our holiday to Paris. Phillipe and Madelyn's efficiency made organising the whole trip so easy. The attention to detail in the apartment and the information packs were outstanding. I have previously spent over 4 months in Paris and the location of the apartment is by far by favourite area in Paris, would certainly recommend it. Overall, superb value for such high standard apartment and exceptional customer service. Thanks.

Madelyn has created the perfect vacation experience. Friends and I stayed at the Pomerol and had a wonderful stay. This was the first apartment stay for all of us. We were all a bit nervous since we did not know what to expect. It was the best choice! Madelyn made this an excellent experience starting with our first e-mail correspondence to the speedy refund of our security deposit.
The apartment had everything you could ever need on vacation and more. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The packet Madelyn provided was excellent and became our psuedo bible. We loved all the details. We have been back for three weeks and we are still raving about the apartment and the beautiful neighborhood.
I can't wait to stay in one of their other apartments!

Staying in the Merlot and then the Chardonnay made our trip one to remember! All the amenities of home, but in Paris, what more could one ask? Thank you for providing easy to follow instructions for getting to and from the apartments and surrounding area - made finding our jeg-lagged way simple!
Our hats off to you for creating such a positive, relaxing experience for those wishing to enjoy all Paris has to offer. We'll be back! Maybe we'll even let our husbands come next time...

Your apartment was fabulous! The experience of staying at an apartment instead of a hotel was so much more French - we enjoyed going to the markets, eating our baguettes and croissants for breakfast at home and practicing our French with the very kind people in the neighborhood shops. But honestly, the best thing about our stay was the many notes that Madelyn left for us, describing everything from the neighborhood restaurants and shops, to things to do all over Paris with our teenage boys. Every detail was thought of - we couldn't think of a thing that we needed in the apartment that was not there - and the apartment itself is so comfortable but beautifully appointed that we felt welcome immediately.
I can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful home away from home in Paris! St. Emilion couldn't have a better location or a better view of the Eiffel Tower! The day trip to Normandy is a must and being within walking distance to all the "must see" places made those visits very easy. The best part was that, in February, there are no lines. Lunch at Jules Verne was also a treat - just pick a clear day. We also had a car for the week and the parking tip is to find a spot near the Tower - especially easy once the busses leave.

Two friends and I spent five nights in Paris in mid February 2004. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and in such a wonderful location. We were three adult women and it was the perfect size. If you're considering going to Paris, you'll find these apartments as a delightful alternative to small, noisy, cramped hotels. You can sit in the living room, listen to your favorite CD, have a glass of wine and watch the Eiffel Tower twinkle! The neighborhood is packed with great restaurants and shops, and convenient to the metro.

The name says it all! We have traveled to Paris many times and have finally found the location we will absolutely return to again and again. The neighborhood is quiet, filled with many great bistros and of course the Rue Cler market. The view of the Eiffel Tower is fantastic at anytime of day or night. The extra efforts in making the apartment meet our every needs were found at every turn. The kitchen is beautiful and made shopping at the markets that much more enjoyable. After long days of wandering through Paris, it was the perfect place to return home to and unwind. We have already recommended 'Paris Perfect' to several of our friends and plan on returning as soon as we can. Thanks for the 'perfect' way to experience Paris.

Philippe and Madelyn:
We want to add a few positive comments onto your website reflecting our recent stay in one of your ParisPerfect units. Perhaps the best way to start is to point out that you picked the right name for your booking service because our experience with the two of you, your local management team, and the apartment itself was "Paris Perfect"!! Every aspect of our arrangements was handled efficiently and professionally, including your prompt responses to our booking request and information inquiries, incredibly informative pre-arrival materials, warm personal welcome from your Paris team members, the wonderful apartment and, of course, the thoughtful goodies you left for us to get us in the Parisien mood! Although we were initially concerned over the Left Bank location of your apartment (in previous visits, we have stayed at Right Bank hotels), we want to assure all readers of our comments that they should harbor no similar concerns. The apartment is perfectly (here's that word again!) located in an area where the true essence of Paris can be felt, amidst bustling local markets, bakeries, and restaurants. In short, we can't wait to return.

Dear Madelyn and Philippe
I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed the Pomerol apartment. It suited our needs exactly. We loved the location on Rue Cler and found everything we needed in your clean and beautifully furnished apartment.
Thank you so much for the welcome basket--such a nice touch after a long, tiring journey. The dvd player was so useful for the children--it allowed us to bring a bit of home on the trip and gave us a chance to rest and unwind before dinner.
We will recommend your apartments to anyone we know who is traveling to Europe and certainly will look you up again if we find ourselves in one of your cities.
Kind Regards,
Linda and Pat McNamara

Our family (two adults & twin teenage girls) recently stayed in the Chardonnay apartment in Paris and we were absolutely delighted with it. The apartment is beautifully presented, wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower and excellent kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry facilities, nothing has been forgotten. The location is perfect with very easy access to the metro, RER and Batobus. There is fantastic food shopping a few blocks away as well as good local restaurants. Philippe and Madelyn provide excellent information on all that happens around you as well.

Just wanted to say how much we ejoyed our stay in Chardonnay - a great location that is very safe near the Eiffel Tower and the metro. The local shops have everything you need and are friendly and helpful to non french speakers. The apartment itself is compact but really well designed space - interiors are immaculate and beautifully furnished. Having the DVD players etc was also just the right touch for our family which included three young adults as well as middle aged parents. When you go somewhere sight unseen, you have to trust that the owners will be there and it will be as you hope - this apartment met all of our expectations and I would recommend the sercie to other Australians travellilng to Paris. We had a lovely time in Paris, made more so by our excellent apartment. The location was great and everything was very clean, upscale and comfortable. The onsite manager helped us out a number of times.
Paris at Christmas time is very special - I'd encourage anyone who has not tried it to bundle up and enjoy all the great things that happen in Paris only at Christmas.

Dear Philippe,
We returned yesterday from six weeks in Europe, and I wanted to write and say that the stay in the St. Emilion apartment was the highlight of a wonderful trip. Everything about our experience there was first-rate. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, very spacious and had a heart-stopping view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room.
People considering Paris Perfect should compare it to a top-end hotel. A vacationer or longer-term business will enjoy having the extra rooms, great kitchen and dining space that would cost infinitely more in a Paris grand hotel. And, as someone who has stayed in the top hotels, I can say that none of them will ever come close to providing the warm hospitality that Philippe showed us.
I've traveled all over the world both personally and on business, and you have instantly vaulted into my "global top five accommodations." If Paris Perfect were a home run, the ball would have been hit out of the park and last seen bouncing through the parking lot. Bravo, and we look forward to seeing you on our next visit to Paris!

On summer evenings on our farm in Australia, Fran and I often sit outside on our veranda, sharing a glass of wine, and looking out over miles of farmland. What an amazing and contrast from the two weeks we spent in Paris last July: to open the balcony doors on the 5th Floor of our apartment in Paris and have the Eiffel Tower, brilliantly lit, standing outside in all its magnificence. Instead of stars, the lights of the Eiffel, and the cafés and apartments on Avenue Rapp and Avenue Bourdonnais. The sounds of the street were barely audible, not disturbing, enough to remind us that here we were again in one of the most elegant and beautiful areas of Paris, the 7th. And what an apartment!
I have traveled to Paris many times during the last 30 years, but whether you're young or old, the apartment is the best accommodation I have encountered. The mix of antiques with modern furnishings, together with the charming, and most unexpected assistance, from the likes of Madelyn's manager and cleaners, taxis recommendations and the nearby shopkeepers (who all know Madelyn), made the apartment stay immensely relaxing.
We will be returning, and we will be staying in Madelyn's wonderful apartment. She had also left very detailed notes in the apartment about everything you might wish to do in Paris, whether it is museums, shopping, eating, anything but crime.
But enough, we were delighted with the apartment and with everything. We are already planning to spend some winter time looking out at snow falling on the Eiffel Tower. But that will be another story.
