Do you have your own people in Paris to greet us, answer questions and help us when we arrive?
|
Absolutely! We are an American-led company based in Paris and we believe that great customer service should be our priority. We are among the only Paris apartment rental companies that have their own team of full time people to take care of you. This level of service sets us apart because most apartment rental companies are ‘virtual’; they use contract cleaners and greeters who handle arrivals for numerous apartments. We don’t believe they can offer the level of service and cleanliness that we can. Our greeters, cleaners and managers are there to make your arrival and your stay as pleasant as possible. Importantly, our greeters and managers are helpful, friendly and speak fluent English.
Besides sending a 40 page information pack about the apartment, the neighborhood and Paris, one of our greeters will be at the apartment to welcome you when you arrive, explain how everything works, give tips and answer questions about the apartment, neighborhood and Paris. They are available 7 days a week to help you if you have any problems and we offices around the corner. The importance of having ‘on the ground’ management and service may not be obvious when you compare apartments, but it can make all the difference to having a great stay. |

Côte de Beaune Paris apartment in detail
- A rare and unforgettable view upon the Eiffel Tower from both the Paris apartment living room and bedroom — staying in Paris apartments with views like this brings memories of a lifetime.
- The apartment rental is one block to the Eiffel Tower and the gardens of Champ de Mars, a rare bonus in Paris as there are few large parks where you can walk, run, play in one of three playgrounds, enjoy the basketball court, go to the puppet theater, rent bikes and skates nearby, or just sit and enjoy. This is especially attractive for families, because children need to have time to enjoy playing along with sightseeing during their stay in Paris.
- Open Food Markets: Our Paris apartment rental neighborhood is famous for its open food markets where you will find more than any other quartier in Paris, offering a real opportunity to live like a Parisian. Merchants come from all over France with wines, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, Brittany lobster, pâtés, breads, even five types of escargots!
- Rue Cler is five blocks away from the vacation apartment rental, among the best and most famous streets for food in Paris; open every day including Sunday morning but many shops are closed on Mondays. Our favorite cheese merchant is here; tell them which day you wish to eat it and they will hand pick the perfect selection!
- Pont de l'Alma is, the largest open market in Paris and open every Wednesday and Saturday morning, is a four-minute walk from our Paris apartment rental.
- Ave de Saxe is open on Thursday and Saturdays and features undoubtedly some of the most beautiful organic and deluxe food stands in Paris.
- Rue de Grenelle, open on Wednesdays and Sundays, has excellent prices and is located a few minute’s walk from our Paris apartment rental, in the 15th arrondissement (across and left of Champs de Mars).
- Rue du Commerce, a lively French neighborhood near La Motte Piquet métro, is a 10-minute walk from our Paris apartment rental. Find excellent fresh foods, loads of clothing stores, and perfume shops, as well as the Monoprix department store (a French Target), with a supermarket on the first floor — good quality and great prices!
- Our Paris apartment rental is a stone’s throw to the Seine and the famous Bateaux Mouches boat tours.
- The rental is 10 minutes to the Trocadéro and the Grand Palais where world-famous art exhibitions are held.
- Our Paris apartment rental is a 10-minute walk to the Grand Couturiers on Avenue Montaigne — from Dior to Chanel, to Hermes, Givenchy, Valentino, Bonpoint, Ungaro, Ynes de la Fressange, Loewe, Bulgari, Ferragamo, Max Mara, Scherrer, Jimmy Choo, to the outrageous Jean-Paul Gaultier and many, many more. Please see our link on Paris Shopping for more details.
- The Paris apartment is a 10-minute walk to the Four Seasons George V or Plaza Athenee’ Hotel where the final episode of ‘Sex and the City’ was filmed. Relax in either for tea or 3-star dining after a hard day of shopping. You will appreciate even more our luxury Paris apartment with unforgettable views when you check the prices of their rooms!
- The Paris apartment is a 15-minute walk to the Champs Elysées and new Louis Vuitton flagship store.
The Place de la Concorde, La Madeleine is a 20-minute walk from the rental.
- 25 minutes to the department stores on Blvd Haussman.
- 25 minutes to the Bon Marché department store.
- Our Paris apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bistros, and shops frequented by local Parisians.
- The Paris apartment is a short walk from the Ecole Militaire, at the far end of Champ de Mars, where Napoléon attended military school. This became Napoleon’s headquarters and housed his elite Emperor’s Troops in 1795. The buildings still show gunfire signs from the French Revolution in 1789 and the shelling when the Prussians declared war on France in 1870 to defeat Napoleon III. There are four statues on the façade representing: Might, Peace, Victory, and France. The statue of Victory is of Louis XV. Few of them remain as the rest were destroyed during the French Revolution.
- The Pais apartment is only 10 minutes to the Invalides, a masterpiece of French Classical architecture built by Louis XIV. Napoleon’s tomb rests under the golden dome. Here also is the Musée de l’Armée, housing maybe the world's finest collection of arms, armor, and uniforms; it is especially renowned for its enormous collection of medieval armor.
- The Paris apartment is seven blocks to the incredible Rodin Museum and four blocks to Chirac’s new Museum of Ethnic Arts.
We leave several Paris guidebooks and other information on the neighborhood for you to peruse during your stay.
