Absolutely! We are an American-led company based in Paris; we believe that great customer service should be our priority! We are among the only Paris apartment rental companies that have hired a team of full time people to take care of you. This level of service sets us apart because most apartment rental companies are ‘virtual’; they use contract cleaners and greeters who handle arrivals for numerous apartments. We don’t believe they can offer the level of service and cleanliness that we can. Our greeters, cleaners and managers are there to make your arrival and your stay as pleasant as possible. Importantly, our greeters and managers are helpful, friendly and speak fluent English. Besides sending a 35 page information pack about the apartment, the neighborhood and Paris, one of our greeters will be at the apartment to welcome you when you arrive, explain how everything works, give tips and answer questions about the apartment and Paris in general. They are available 7 days a week to help you if you have any problems and we offices around the corner. The importance of having ‘on the ground’ management and service may not be obvious when you compare apartments, but it can make all the difference to your stay.

- 7 pairs of French doors open on to the balcony which surrounds entire apartment.
- Full on view of Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars Park; very sunny.
- Contemporary design, furnished in soft neutral shades - limestone and granite finishes.
- Late 1800's building: original parquet floors and fireplace.
- Location is among the best of Paris: 5 minutes walk to the Invalides, 10 minutes to the Trocadéro, the Grand Palais and the couturier's on Ave. Montaigne. 15 minutes walk to the Champs Elysées, 20 minutes walk to Place de la Concorde and the Bon Marché department store.
- Within 3 blocks of the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. The Champ de Mars Park is a rare bonus in Paris as there are few large parks. Walk, run, play in 1 of 3 playgrounds, basketball court, go to the puppet theater or just sit and enjoy. Nearby skating and bike rental are a fun activity in the park, especially after strenuous site seeing.
- River is 3 blocks away where the famous Bateau Mouche boat tours begin.
- Open Markets: Rue Cler is 3 blocks away, one of the best and most famous streets for food. Pont de l'Alma is 5 minutes walk and has the largest open market in Paris every Saturday morning. Merchants come from the country with: wines, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, pates, breads, even 5 types of escargots!
