The Crémant, a Stunning Shared Apartment
The luxurious Crémant studio/junior one bedroom answers the requests of many interested buyers for a compact and comfortable pied-à-terre to own fractionally.
This charming Paris studio/junior one bedroom is situated in the heart of the exclusive 7th arrondissement on Paris’ Left Bank. Enjoy strolling along beautiful streets to three famous open-air markets nearby, including the famous rue Cler only a block away. Walk/run or cycle along the romantic Seine River and the new pedestrian river bank, and you’re walking distance to the major museums and exhibitions – it’s all within easy reach.
Gourmands will love shopping along the famous rue Cler for the freshest ingredients for home-cooked meals. This neighborhood is an extremely popular spot with locals for its cafés and restaurants.
That View!
The apartment is located on the 6th floor EU (7th floor American) of a classic Haussmann-style building, with large French doors and a small balconette overlooking panoramic views of Paris and the Grande Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower.
Located in a true Parisian neighborhood, find numerous fashion stores, bistros, the freshest food markets, fromageries, wine shops, cafés – and the best, most affordable dining spots that all the locals go to.
The sign of a true Parisian quartier is how many pastry shops and boulangeries are located within one square mile – and the answer in the 7th is more than you can count. It means real Parisian families live here, shop here (and keep the prices down). You’ll love exploring the many choices of shops, restaurants and traiteurs deciding where to buy your daily baguette; sitting down to a glass of wine and cheese from the best cheese shop in Paris; and watching the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower.
Hassle-Free Ownership in the Most Beautiful City in the World!
Our clients were excited to hear about the launch of the beautiful Crémant. Fractional or shared ownership has been a successful alternative to a second or third vacation home, allowing owners to spend part of each year in a special location, without the hassles and expense of full ownership of an additional home. We took it further; we are offering outstanding fully remodeled properties at low prices and astoundingly low running costs.
This stunning studio/junior one-bedroom apartment offers a living room and separate sleeping. Importantly, these 13 shares of four weeks each are fully deeded ownership shares that participate in the real estate investment value of the apartment. Shares can be sold or passed on to loved ones.
Annual dues include everything: building charges, utilities, cleaning and maintenance -- even a reserve fund for future works. This is undoubtedly the most reasonably priced way to stay in Paris: four weeks per year for less than the cost of a few nights in a five-star hotel.

Award-Winning Design
As soon as you step into this charming apartment, you'll see why we call it our petit bijoux, or little gem. Exuding Parisian charm, it combines antique decorative touches with modern comfort, including central Air Conditioning. The Crémant features a spacious open-plan living area, with a charming French kitchen that surrounds an 18th century fireplace and dining table for four. The large antique chandelier above the table is reflected in the large antique mirror above the fireplace.
In the living area, find a long designer sofa from Italy that converts to a comfortable bed if needed, an antique French dresser, and all around comfort.
The separate sleeping area has a comfortable extra-wide queen bed that can be separated from the living room with a heavy silky curtain, double lined to block the light. A beautiful oval shaped antique mirror sits above the bed, reflecting the second large crystal chandelier above. Ample storage is found in the closets on the left, and a large window on the right overlooks the quiet side street below. See the amazing transformation of this petit bijou in this blog.
Best of all, peek outside the large living room French windows to see the Eiffel Tower soaring above the classic Parisian rooftops and tree-lined street below. You will never tire of this special view!
You'll fall in love with the neighborhood surrounding the Crémant. With the famous rue Cler market street just one block away, you're only moments from the best food shops in Paris, cute cafés and fabulous shopping.

SPECIAL OWNER BENEFITS – THIRD HOME LUXURY EXCHANGE
We’re pleased to announce special owner benefits, including free membership in Third Home, the largest luxury vacation home exchange in the world. The value of membership and perks are up to $10,000. If you can’t use one of your weeks in Paris, you can exchange your sought-after apartment with a luxury property at another time and location.
CHOOSING YOUR WEEKS
With over 20 prime sets of weeks each year, every owner will receive at least two prime weeks per year.
- 2 weeks + 2 weeks: Allocation is based on a rotational draft system so all owners have the chance at the most popular weeks. The first round locks in two consecutive weeks and a second round guarantees two more consecutive weeks.
- The annual fee will not vary with the number of owners, which means you will not pay more if some of the shares are unsold.
- As with other well-run properties, weeks can be exchanged with the other owners, lent to friends and family or exchanged with a luxury property on Third Home.
Choosing your weeks is a great problem to have, and there are no bad answers! Owners have two blocks of two weeks each per year. Will I come in the summer, when life slows down and I can enjoy Paris, summer menus and activities at a slower pace? Or shall I come in the cooler months, when exhibitions, design shows and activities are in full swing and there are new menus, with the freshest ingredients, at every restaurant? FAQs
Q: You’re a well-regarded company at Paris Perfect for luxury rentals. Can you tell us why you decided to expand to fractional ownership? How you think you can do it better?
A: The reason we launched Paris Perfect Shared is because we recognized a desire among many of our clients to have a beautiful home in their favorite city, without the hassles and expense of full ownership. Paris Perfect has a clear advantage: We know how to locate, remodel and manage the most beautiful homes in Europe. Thanks to that reputation and our base of thousands of loyal clients, the first fractional apartment sold out quickly. Paris Perfect continues to offer the same excellent service as they have for over twenty years, with attention to detail, from in-house maintenance staff, housekeepers and welcome center to even our own laundry. Owners step into a beautiful, impeccably clean apartment each time they arrive.
Q: Will we need a French bank account, or be liable for taxes in France?
A: No, and this is a key advantage of purchasing fractionally from Paris Perfect Shared. The annual fees include all estimate costs and are paid in dollars to a US non-profit company that owns all the shares of the apartment. The payments are wired to the French bank account of the French SCI (like an LLC) which exclusively owns the apartment. There are no French reporting requirements and no need for a French bank account.
